Controlled substance
(a) means a drug or immediate precursor classified in Schedules I-V under the federal Controlled Substances Act, 21 U.S.C. 811 to 812, as modified under 475.035 (authority to control schedule). The use of the term 'precursor' in this paragraph doesn't control & is not controlled by the use of the term in 475.752 (prohibited controlled substance acts generally) to 475.980 (affirmative precursor substance defense)

(B) any part of the plant Cannabis family Cannabaceae, whether growing or not
(C) resin extracted from any part of the plant Cannabis family Cannabaceae
(E) any compound, manufacture, salt, derivative, mixture or preparation of a plant, part of a plant, resin or seed described in this paragraph
