(1) suspect refuses or fails to comply with any lawful order, signal or direction of a LEO who:

(a) is displaying the police officer's star or badge

(b) has lawful authority to direct, control or regulate traffic

(1) knowingly uses or gives a false or fictitious name, address or date of birth to any police officer who is enforcing motor vehicle laws

(1)(a) operating a motor vehicle AND

(a) LEO in uniform & prominently displaying badge or operating a marked police vehicle gives visual or audible signal to stop the vehicle, including any signal by hand, voice, emergency light/siren, & either:

(A) F(c): suspect, while in vehicle, knowingly flees or attempts to elude pursuing officer OR

(B) M(a): suspect gets out of vehicle & knowingly flees or attempts to elude police officer

(2) It's a defense to prosecution if after a LEO operating an unmarked vehicle signaled the driver to stop, that the driver proceeded lawfully to an area they reasonably believed was necessary to reach before stopping.
