Unlawful use of white cane

ORS > Vehicle Code > Pedestrians > 814.120

(1) uses a white or carries a white cane on the highways or any other public place in Oregon and is not a person who has limited vision, is blind or who is deaf-blind

(2) This statute is subject to the provisions & definitions relating to the rights of pedestrians who have limited vision, are blind or deaf-blind under 814.110 (Rights for persons who are blind, who are deaf-blind or who have limited vision)
