Vehicular assault

ORS > Vehicle Code > Duty to Pedestrians & Bicycles > 811.060
(2) A person commits the offense of vehicular assault if:
(a) they recklessly operate a vehicle on a highway in a way that results in contact between their vehicle and:
(A) a bicycle operated by a person
(B) a person operating a bicycle
(C) a motorcycle operated by a person
(D) a person operating a motorcycle
(E) a passenger on a motorcycle OR
(F) a pedestrian AND
(b) the contact causes physical injury to the person operating a bicycle or motorcycle, the passenger on a motorcycle or the pedestrian
