Interception of communications
ORS > Criminal Code > Communications > 165.543
(1) except as provided in 133.724 (order for interception of communications) or 165.540 (obtaining contents of communications) (2)(a), it's a violation of this statute if anyone willfully intercepts, attempts to intercept or hires anyone else to intercept or attempt to intercept any wire or oral communication where the suspect is not a party to the communication & where none of the parties to the communication has given prior consent to the interception
