(1) while committing or attempting 164.015 (theft) or 164.135 (unauthorized use of a vehicle) uses or threatens immediate physical force with intent to:
(b) compelling a property owner or other to deliver property or act in a manner which might aid in commission of 164.015 (theft) or 164.135 (unauthorized use of a vehicle)
