(1)(a) having custody or control of a child < 16 & knowingly leaves or allows the child to:

(A) stay in a vehicle where controlled substances or cannabinoid extracts are being criminally delivered or manufactured

(B) in, on, or in the immediate proximity of premises, where cannabinoid extracts are being processed, if the premises not licensed per Processor license

(C) in, on, or in immediate proximity of premises where controlled substances are being criminally delivered or manufactured for consideration or profit or where a chemical reaction involving one or more precursor substances:

(i) occurred as part of an unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance or any breaking down of precursor substance for the unlawful manufacture of controlled substance OR

(ii) occurred as part of an unlawful manufacturing of controlled substance or any breaking down of precursors for unlawful manufacture of controlled substance & the premises are not certified as fit for use per decontamination of property OR

(D) in or upon premises determined not fit for use per 453.855 (Purpose) to 453.912 (Governmental immunity from liability)
