(1) A public servant violates this statute if in contemplation of official action by them or by a governmental unit with which they're associated, or when relying on information to which they have access in an official capacity & which hasn't been made public, the public servant acquires or helps someone else in acquiring a pecuniary interest in any property, transaction or enterprise which may be affected by the information or official action
