Criminal impersonation of a public servant
ORS > Criminal Code > Against the State > 162.365
(1) with intent to obtain a benefit, to injure or defraud someone or to help an unlawful activity, the suspect does an act in the assumed character of a public servant [includes an active member or veteran of the Armed Forces of the United States]
(2) it's not a defense to a prosecution that:
(a) the office, position or title that the person pretended to hold didn't exist in fact OR
(b) the unit of government that the person pretended to represent didn't in fact exist
(3)(b) F(c): if impersonating a peace officer, judge or justice of the peace
