Direct transportation includes parking places in streets & parking lots, but excludes speed contests, motocross contests, rallies & practice therefore, repair & testing of motors, accelerating the motors of stopped motor vehicles, & vehicular traffic where in the same vehicle may be heard for more than five minutes from the same location
