Turns
Dangerous left turn
(b) Intends left turn left within intersection or into alley, private road, driveway or place from a highway
(c) fails to yield to vehicle coming from opposite direction that is within intersection or so close as to constitute an immediate hazard
Failure to use special left turn lane
(1) operating vehicle where a special left turn lane for making left turns by drivers proceeding in opposite directions is indicated by traffic control devices & driver turns left from any other lane
Illegal U-turn
(a) within an intersection where traffic controlled by electrical signal unless posted otherwise
(c) any place on highway where vehicle can't be seen by another driver approaching from either direction within:
(A) 500ft within incorporated city limits OR
(B) 1,000ft outside a city
(2) T(b): offense contributes to an accident
Improperly executed left turn
(a) doesn't approach the turn in the extreme lawfully available left lane
(b) doesn't make the left turn to the left of the center of the intersection whenever practicable AND
(c) doesn't leave intersection or other location in the extreme lawfully available left-hand lane - except as allowed by 811.346 (misuse of special left turn lane)
Improperly executed right turn
(1) operates a vehicle & intends to turn right & doesn't proceed as close as practicable to the right curb or edge of the roadway
(a) in making the approach to the right turn AND
(b) in making the right turn
Misuse of special left turn lane
(1) uses a special left turn lane for anything other than making a left turn either into or from the special left turn lane
(2) turns into a special left turn lane from an alley, driveway or other entrance to a highway that has the special left turn lane and does anything other than stop in the lane and merge into traffic in the lane immediately to the right
Unlawful unsigned turn
Note: This statute applies to lane changes or when parked at a kerb and about to re-enter traffic
(a) the turn can't be made with reasonable safety OR
(b) fails to continuously give the appropriate turn signal for at least the last 100ft before turning
