Abuse of corpse 1
(1) the suspect:
(a) engages in sexual activity with a corpse or involving a corpse OR
(b) dismembers, mutilates, cuts or strikes a corpse

Defenses in prosecutions under 167.090
In any prosecution for violation 167.090 (publicly displaying nudity or sex for advertising purposes) it's an affirmative defense for the defendant to prove:
(1) that the public display, even though in connection with a commercial venture, was primarily for artistic purposes or as a public service OR
(1) that the public display was of nudity, exhibited by a bona fide art, antique or similar gallery or exhibition, & visible in a normal display setting
Prostitution
(1) Engaging in, offering/agreeing to engage in, sexual conduct or sexual contact in return for a fee
(3) It is an affirmative defense to prosecution under this section that the defendant, at the time of the alleged offense, was a victim of the crime of trafficking in persons as described in 163.266 (trafficking in persons)
Prostitution - Commercial sexual solicitation
Prostitution - Compelling

(a) uses force or intimidation to compel the victim to engage in prostitution or attempted prostitution
(b) induces or causes a person < 18 to engage in prostitution
(c) aids or facilitates the commission of prostitution or attempted prostitution by a person < 18 OR
(d) induces or causes their spouse, child or stepchild to engage in prostitution
Prostitution - Evidence required to show place of
(1) On the issue of whether a place is a place of prostitution, its general repute and repute of persons who reside in or frequent the place shall be competent evidence.
(2) Notwithstanding 136.655 (Spouse as witness), in any prosecution under 167.012 (prostitution - promoting) and 167.017 (prostitution - compelling), spouses are competent and compellable witnesses for or against either part
Prostitution - Promoting
(1) with intent to promote prostitution, knowingly
(a) owns, controls, manages, supervises or otherwise maintains a place of prostitution or a prostitution enterprise
(b) induces or causes a person to engage in prostitution or to remain in a place of prostitution
(c) receives or agrees to receive money, goods, property, services or anything of value, pursuant to an agreement or understanding that the money, goods, property, services or item value is derived from a prostitution activity (exception: a prostitute being compensated for personally rendered prostitution services) OR
(d) engages in any conduct that institutes, aids or facilitates an act or enterprise of prostitution
Publicly displaying nudity or sex for advertising purposes
(1) if, for advertising purposes, the suspect knowingly:
(a) displays publicly or causes to be displayed publicly a picture, photograph, drawing, sculpture or other visual representation or image of a person or portion of the human body that depicts nudity, sadomasochistic abuse, sexual conduct or sexual excitement, or any page, poster or other written or printed matter bearing such representation or a verbal description or narrative account of such items or activities, or any obscenities OR
(b) permits any display described in this section on premises owned, rented or operated by the suspect.
Sadomasochistic abuse or sexual conduct in live show
(1) M(a): it's unlawful for anyone to knowingly engage in sadomasochistic abuse or sexual conduct in a live public show.
(3) F(c): it's unlawful for anyone to knowingly direct, manage, finance or present a live public show in which the participants engage in sadomasochistic abuse or sexual conduct
