Failure to yield to ambulance or emergency vehicle
ORS > Vehicle Code > Pedestrians > 814.050
(1) It's a violation if a pedestrian doesn't yield the right of way to:
(a) an ambulance used in an emergency situation OR
(b) an emergency vehicle or ambulance approaching using a visual signal or audible signal or both according to requirements of ORS 820.300 (Exemptions from traffic laws) or 820.320 (Illegal operation of emergency vehicle or ambulance)
(2) this statute doesn't relieve an ambulance or emergency vehicle driver from the duty to:
(a) drive with due regard for the safety of everyone using the highway AND
(b) exercise due care to avoid colliding with any pedestrian
