Failure to obey traffic control device
ORS > Vehicle Code > Pedestrians > 814.020
(1) a pedestrian violates this statute if they:
(a) fail to obey any traffic control device specifically applicable to them
(b) fails to obey any specific traffic control device described in 814.010 (appropriate responses to traffic control devices) as required by that statute
(1) a pedestrian isn't subject to the requirements of this statute if they're complying with a police officer's directions
