Misuse of program placard

(1) T(c): it's a violation of this statute if a person:

(a) is the driver of a vehicle that is being used as part of a program for the transportation of persons with disabilities; and

(b) uses a program placard described under 811.607 (Program placards) for any purpose other than exercising privileges granted under 811.637 (Privileges granted by program placards)

(3) T(a): a second or subsequent conviction
