Disabled - Unlawful use of disabled person parking permit
ORS > Vehicle Code > Parking, Stopping & Standing > 811.625
(a) is not a person with a disability and is not transporting the holder of a disabled person parking permit to or from the parking location; and
(b) uses a disabled person parking permit described under 811.602 (Disabled person parking permit) or 811.606 (Parking permit for person with temporary disability) to exercise any privileges granted under 811.635 (Privileges granted by disabled person parking permit other than program placard)
(3) T(a): a second or subsequent conviction
