Failure to stop for railroad signal
(1) fails to comply with any of:
(a) must stop vehicle at clearly marked stop line on near side of RR crossing; if no marked stop line 15ft or more & 50ft or less from nearest RR crossing:
(A) when a clearly visible signal is given by a device that warns of immediate approach of train...
(B) on lowering of a crossing gate.
(C) when a signal given by flagger or LEO indicates approach or passage of train...
(D) when an approaching train… clearly visible & because of its nearness… is an immediate hazard.
(E) when an audible signal is given by an approaching train... because its speed or nearness to crossing is an immediate hazard.
(b) driver... may not proceed across tracks until can do so safely
(c) person can't bypass crossing gate/barrier at crossing while gate or barrier is closed or is being opened/closed.
