Failure to yield to traffic patrol member

(1) a driver of a vehicle violates this statute if they fails to stop & yield the right of way to a traffic patrol member who:

(a) has entered a crosswalk for the purpose of directing students who have entered or are about to enter the crosswalk AND

(b) is carrying a flag or wearing something that identifies them as a traffic patrol member
