Failing to supervise a child

(1) the parent, lawful guardian or other person lawfully charged with care or custody of a child < 15 & the child:

(a) commits an act bringing it within the jurisdiction of a juvenile court (419C)

(b) violates curfew law OR

(c) fails to attend school as required by 339.010
