Sexual abuse 3

(1)(a) subjects another to sexual contact AND:

(A) the victim doesn't consent OR

(B) the victim is incapable of consenting because they're under 18

(b) to arouse or gratify their or another's sexual desire, intentionally propels any dangerous substance at victim without their consent
