(1) penetrates the penis, anus, or vagina of the victim with an object other than penis or mouth AND

(a) the victim is subject to forcible compulsion

(b) victim is under 12 OR

(c) the victim is incapable of consent by reason of mental incapacitation, physical helplessness or incapability of appraising the nature of the victim's conduct.
