ORS > Criminal Code > Person > 163.266
(1) the suspect knowingly recruits, entices, harbors, transports, provides or obtains by any means, or attempts to recruit, entice, harbor, transport, provide or obtain by any means, another person AND:
(a) F(b): the suspect knows that the victim will be subjected to involuntary servitude as described in 163.263 (subjecting another to involuntary servitude 2) or 163.264 (subjecting another to involuntary servitude 1)
(b) F(a): the suspect knows or recklessly disregards the fact that force, fraud or coercion will be used to cause the victim to engage in a commercial sex act OR
(c) F(a): the suspect knows or recklessly disregards the fact that the victim is under 18 & will be used in a commercial sex act
(2) F(b): a suspect commits this crime if they knowingly benefit financially or receive something of value from participation in a venture that involves an act prohibited by (1) or by 163.263 (subjecting another to involuntary servitude 2) or 163.264 (subjecting another to involuntary servitude 1)
