(e) 163.525 (incest) with a child victim
(f) 163.670 (using child in display of sexually explicit conduct)
(g) encouraging child sexual abuse 1, 2, 3
(h) transporting child pornography into the state: 163.684 (encouraging child sexual abuse 1)
(i) paying for viewing a child's sexually explicit conduct: 163.686 (encouraging child sexual abuse 2) & 163.687 (encouraging child sexual abuse 3)
(j) 167.017 (prostitution - compelling)
(k) 167.012 (prostitution - promoting)
(l) 163.235 (kidnapping 1) & the victim was under 18
(m) 163.435 (contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor)
(n) 163.445 (sexual misconduct) if the offender is at least 18 years of age;
(o) 163.688 (possession of materials depicting sexually explicit conduct of a child 1)
(p) 163.225 (kidnapping 2) & the victim was under 18, except by a parent or by a person found to be within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court
(q) online sexual corruption of a child 1, 2, if the offender reasonably believed the child to be more than five years younger than them;
(r) 167.057 (luring a minor), if:
(A) the offender reasonably believed the minor or, in the case of a police officer or agent of a police officer posing as a minor, the purported minor to be more than five (5) years younger than them or under 16 AND
(B) The court designates in the judgment that the offense is a sex crime
(s) 167.333 (sexual assault of an animal)
(t) 163.465 (public indecency) or 163.467 (private indecency), if the person has a prior conviction for a crime listed in this section
(u) 163.266 (trafficking in persons) (1)(b) or (c)
(v) 163.413 (purchasing sex with a minor) if the court designates the offense as a sex crime per 163.413 (purchasing sex with a minor) (3)(d), or the offense is the defendant's second or subsequent conviction under 163.413 (purchasing sex with a minor) (3)(b)(B);
(w) 163.701 (invasion of personal privacy 1), if the court designates the offense as a sex crime pursuant to ORS 163.701 (Invasion of personal privacy in the first degree) (3);
(x) any attempt to commit any of the crimes listed in (a) to (w)
(y) burglary 1 or 2, when committed with the intent to commit any of the offenses listed in (a) to (w) OR
(z) criminal conspiracy if the offender agrees with one or more persons to engage in or cause the performance of an offense listed in (a) to (w).
