Area of a roadway created when >= 2 roadways join together at any angle, as follows:
(1) if roadway has curbs, intersection is area embraced w/in prolongation/connection of lateral curb lines
(2) roadway has no curbs, intersection is area embraced w/in prolongation/connection of lateral boundary lines of roadways
(3) junction of alley w/roadway not an intersection
(4) if a highway includes 2 roadways >= 30ft apart then every crossing of each roadway of divided highway by an intersection highway is a separate intersection. If highway intersection includes 2 roadways >= 30ft apart, then every crossing of 2 roadways of such highways is a separate intersection
